Your education, your experience, and your unique sense of call all shape the path forward. The Center on Church Leadership along with trusted mentors and advisors accompany you throughout the journey — a community committed to helping you hear God’s calling clearly. The first step is always a conversation with the Regional Minister. We’d love to hear your story.
About the Process
The Under Care process in Nebraska is shaped by each person’s unique background — their education, experience, and sense of call. The Center on Church Leadership works with candidates individually to discern the right path forward, accompanied by the Regional Minister and a nurture team committed to your formation journey.

Annual Formation Reflection
Each year, persons under care prepare an Annual Formation Reflection — responding to questions about their theological development, seminary experience, sense of calling, and personal wellbeing. This reflection becomes the foundation for their annual conversation with the Center on Church Leadership, a time of shared discernment about the journey ahead.
