Required Trainings for Clergy in Standing
All clergy in standing in Nebraska are required to complete Anti-Racism/Pro-Reconciliation (ARPR) and Boundary Training once every three years. Completion dates are reported on the annual Standing Form. If you haven’t sent a copy of your training certificate(s) to the Regional Office, please do so when you complete your training.

Anti-Racism/Pro-Reconciliation (ARPR)
The Pro-reconciling/Anti-racist Initiative invites the church into the ongoing work of making God’s beloved community visible — listening to the wisdom of racial and ethnic communities, studying scripture together, and allowing that formation to transform how we lead and serve.
Required every 3 years. Report completion date on annual Standing Form.
Boundary Training
Healthy boundaries are the foundation of good ministry. Rooted in the Ministerial Code of Ethics of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Boundary Training helps clergy understand how our ethical commitments keep us, the people we serve, and our communities safe, balanced, and whole — so that the sacred trust placed in us is honored in how we live and lead.
Required every 3 years. Report completion date on annual Standing Form.
