How We Are Led
In the Christian Church in Nebraska, leadership is less a position than a practice — the shared work of helping our congregations make progress on the challenges that matter most. That work belongs to all of us: clergy and lay leaders, board members and congregations, each exercising leadership from wherever they stand. Our Regional Board and four Centers of ministry give that shared work its structure, but the heart of it is a region full of people willing to step up, ask courageous questions, and move forward together. We invite every board member into this work through the Kansas Leadership Center’s coursework in adaptive leadership.

Governing Documents
CCN’s financial services are administered through Treasury Services under the General Church. Because of this arrangement, CCN does not conduct an independent audit. The annual budget is approved by the Regional Board and presented to the region at Regional Assembly every two years.
