Congregational Visioning

Is your congregation asking who God is calling you to become? CCN walks with churches through a Mission, Values, and Goals process designed to help congregations discern their identity and direction together — not just their leadership, but the whole community.

The process begins before we ever gather — with questions that invite everyone to reflect and offer input, including those who can’t make it to a meeting. From there, we come together as a congregation for an initial round of discernment and brainstorming. Then your board or leadership team begins the refining work: taking what emerged from the community and shaping it into language and commitments you can actually live by.
