

As we move into the new triennium structure for General Assembly, we are excited to share that every congregation may now send three delegates to participate in the online 2026 General Assembly, taking place July 10–11, 2026. This expanded access offers a meaningful opportunity for broader engagement and representation across the life of the church. To support your preparation, we have included a resource outlining the role of delegates along with recommendations for selecting participants from your congregation.
For this summer’s General Assembly, congregations and regions can each send 3 (three) voting delegates. Regions and congregations will use ALEX to manage their voting delegates. The ability to manage those voting delegates is now available when you log-in to ALEX. You should see a “General Assembly Voting Delegates” pane in ALEX on your region record and on the church records for congregations in your region.
