Facebook can be a lot to digest… If you haven’t created a Facebook page for your Church yet, reach out to the Regional Office for help! For those that have a Facebook page already set up, this is a quick tutorial on how to use the ‘Meta Business Suite‘ to schedule out posts. This is a great way to stay active on Facebook, maximize on your time, and communicate key details by scheduling out posts for up to a month at a time!

Did you know that Instagram is integrated into ‘Meta Business Suite’?… so you can schedule posts on both Facebook and Instagram simultaneously!

Have you heard about Canva.com yet?

Canva is a web-based design company that provides templates for everything from flyers and mailers to social media posts! You literally search through their thousands of templates and then plug in the information about your event. Once completed, you can download the file in a number of formats and then print or post as desired.

There is a free version that has plenty of templates and resources, but ask the Regional Office how to qualify for the paid version FOR FREE as a qualified non-profit organization!

Are you verified on Google yet? Can people easily find you when searching and navigate to your address using Google maps on their smart phone?

Showing up in search engines like Google is PIVOTOL to your visibility. You want the world to know that you both exist and to have the basic information necessary to connect with you congregation.

We provide additional instruction on how to use some of Google’s other tools below… but this video is specific to your ‘Google Business Profile’ and ensuring that you correctly set-up and verify your church on Google.

TikTok is a free social media platform where users create, share, and discover short-form videos, typically ranging from a few seconds to a minute long. These short videos often feature music, dance, comedy sketches, and challenges, with a strong emphasis on user-generated content and a personalized “For You” feed that curates content based on individual viewing habits.

X, formerly known as Twitter, is a free social media platform that allows users to share short messages, photos, and videos. Specifically you can only post up to 280 characters, including spaces and punctuation. Think of Facebook like an online magazine and X like an online message board. Users can also join communities, follow news, and communicate privately.
