Committee Collaboration Framework

The Collaboration Framework is what the Steering Committee believes reflects both their 12 months of meetings thus far, and our direction forward.  In particular, the Framework lifts up 2 actionable items in #s 5 and 6:  Adaptive Change, Leadership, and Culture; and Communications, particularly Listening to Local Churches.  The next step is to bring this Framework, along with an introduction to Adaptive Change to the 3 Regional Church Boards, with invitations to participate in the Kansas Leadership Center’s 4-day training on Adaptive Leadership.

Greater Kansas City’s Introduction to the Partnership:
Creative, Engaging Video

The Christian Church of Greater Kansas City pulled together a wonderful video that captures, with images, what the 3 Regional Churches hope to explore through partnering.  It’s not very long, so we hope you’ll enjoy watching it.
